The good news: the car was a left-hand drive tester.

The bad news: Ford of Canada would still f*** up bringing it here.

As far as I can find out Ford is in the best shape of the "Detriot 3" and in fact only went to Congress cap in hand to make sure they didn't get steamrolled by the others if they got cash from the feds and Ford didn't.
