Selling svt side skirts dont have time for paint and install i picked it up from a member on this site from couple of weeks ago so im selling it for the same price i bought it off from him

They are complete they are the ones off the plastidipped car, he likely doesn't know what you mean by end caps lol

Yes ^ These use to be mine and they are complete . Only thing wrong with them was the clips on the end caps were broken. There are holes in them were i used self taping screws to hold them up.
