My 2007 Focus wagon (90,000 km) has developed a deep throated vibration noise whenever I apply the brakes when backing up.  Never happens in drive, and only in park if I shift into park when I have had the brakes on in reverse. I doubt it is the transmission.  Any advice appreciated. About to start a 1000 km trip tomorrow. Thanks.
