i think on here you only get banned by name

im on one of the sites where you get banned by IP address....and it's every computer that you logged in with to that site.....so like 4 computers for me......man that sucks

I have the same issue, sometimes its shows me as being banned, other times, i have no issues. Only at work does it do this though...

actually, we have banned IP addresses due to excessive Bot loads coming from certain IPs.

If you can tell me the exact time that you were prevented from logging in, or better yet, your external-facing IP address (goto here for a tool that'll show you your IP), I can remove that IP from the ban list (and likely let in a few bots too).
