Hell, we did that years ago up at the cabin. Mind you it wasn't a home invasion by people we were worried about, more like bear and cougar. We loaded up with the first round buckshot next 2 were slugs. This was after waking up to a bear snooping around the living room, that just happened to be where the rifle was sitting too :blink: Now we keep a shotty in each room when we go up.

We did, it's just that after slugging back about a bottle and a half of Jack and a s***load of beer between 3 of us, whoever was last through the door seemed to have forgotten to shut the door tight.
