65mm Tb
#1
Been thinking of adding a 65mm TB to my Foci.
I hear mixed reactions on what it does for the car.
Looking for input for people that have gone this route.

I did not vote since I don't have one and don't plan on getting one.
Focus Sport has a 300+hp focus with OEM TB, so, I'll save my $$$ for other things.

It is not so much that it adds horsepower, but it greatly improves the throttle response. I love how it is so easy to blip the throttle on heel&toe downshifts.

Yeah, like Dblast said... it's about driveability, not "pure" performance.

If you can get one at a good price, and of decent quality (FC or BBK), then they are an improvement over stock. Better throttle response, and completes where a CAI ends....more air coming in for WOT, etc.

Bleeding Ford Blue again...

does it use up a lot more gas?
Little bit of show, little bit of go.

I don't know about regular Zetec, but it made a HUGE difference on my SVTf. But its way more about driveability & TB response than HP.
