How many watts are the stock headlights and foglights?

Stock watts on headlights are 55/65 - 55 low beam, 65 high beam, and I think the 35 watts mentioned above is correct for foglights.

But to be clear (no pun intended) these numbers only represent the current the bulbs draw ... they don't necessarily indicate their light output which would more correctly be measured in lumens.

One thing that is constant, however is the higher the watts the higher the heat.

Getting fogs at considerably more than 35 watts I believe could create a fire risk, as the entire wiring harness, connectors, plugs, switches, etc etc, would all be configured for just 35 watts. If you're upping the fogs to 65 watts you should seriously consider installing a new circuit straight to the battery, using the OE current to trigger a relay.

I emailed the company today. The headlights are 65. Fogs are 45.
They are a Direct replacement for stock bulbs and no modification is required.

They were very detailed in there answer. Kinda Nice
