Cingular Changing Its Name Back To At&t Wireless
#1
I dunno about you, but I'm still confused why Cingular is changing its name back to AT&T, after the former AT&T was migrated and turned into Cingular.

This clip helps explain it a little...

lol no suprise to me really, RIM got back a few shipments just to change the faceplate cover to say AT&T.
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.

this is even more confusing as ever, you have to "unlock" your "AT&T" phone to use an "at&t" sim card in it, notice the lower case vs upper case? rofl only in america.

I need to take a look at this when I get home!

I record him every night, so maybe i have that at home and haven't seen it.

But as a Cingular customer, it truly confused me that they have changed names and stuff.

Maybe this will provide some insight!
