My daughter is looking for a 2000 - 2003 Focus. She would prefer a 4 door but may consider a ZX3. Prefers a standard transmission. She is selling her 2002 Escape so if someone was interested she would take a Focus on trade. Thanks, Peter

I was looking into selling the Focus for the Escape. Why is she selling the Escape?

too bad its a 02. We are looking for a 03 Limited one. Also we are looking to sell 01 ZtS auto.

She traded her Mustang in on the Escape and decided that she likes the driving of a car over the Escape. She likes her Mom's ZX3 but wants a 4 door for friends. The Escape is a nice vehicle and frankly, I would prefer that she kept it, at least over the winter. However, we have just helped her buy an older house and she wants the cash difference for renovations.

She is hoping to purchase something for $6k or under or else she may want to try to just sell the Escape and lease a Civic.

Anyways, let me know what you have. Also, she would prefer black for the Focus.

I was looking at that, It sounds too good to be true.
1- Car has no plates, so it means its a dealer selling the car, also all the cars in the back ground have no plates,
2- Its a private seller, so most likely a dealer selling as a private(curb sider)
3- Its a 647 number also meaning he doesnt want to get tracked down once he has sold the car
4- Millage seems too good to be true as well.

All I have to say is watch out for that one.

If that car was in a good shape with that much millage asking price would be around 5500 to 6000, not 4000!!!!

mods are no problem .. everything she has had has been modified in some way... ususally for better handling/looks/power... except for the current Escape

i've got an 01 focus zts. Id consider $6000. It also has a few mods.
Lowered 1.5", exhaust, clear tails, strut bar, Cold air intake, I even have a full body kit sitting in my basement waiting to go on, hella projector headlights, leather seats , it has the stock 16" rims w/ dunlop performance rubber.
anyways if she is still lookin im always willing to show it, let me know.
