Holy Shat! They try and scam EVERY customer they get???? Wow, these guys deserve every lawsuit against them. Sales people have even stolen customers identities??? WTF!!1!!

hmm no wonder why GM is doing so badly then......... but yeah sucks to be a customer of them.
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.

I'd love to know how they stay in business that long with HUNDREDS of complaints against them.
