You've really got to watch out when buying car stuff from ebay. There is so much useless crap (like the auction you listed) and similar power adding circuit thingamajiggies.. Most of the time the stuff that is only available on ebay is very low quality parts not worth buying. You also have to watch out for auctions advertising brand name parts and are just cheap knockoffs..

Unless you know what to look for (and what to look out for), ebay isnt your best bet for car upgrades. Check out somewhere like ZX3Tuning.com that is reputable and wont sell you garbage to make a buck.
