Well I'm not really prepared but I'm dropping my car off this afternoon for etest, not sure how bad the damage is going to be with what i've got done to it, and the catalytic moved onto the MBRP.

- I ran the car relatively hard today on the highway into work
- My appointment is at 3 so i'm going to get the temps up before I drop it off and it goes into the dyno.
- Anything else I should do?

One thing when I was leaving there was another focus on the dyno, but I notice that the dyno ramps would not clear the bottom of my car since its lowered. Does that mean that they need to to a curbside test like they do on the 4wd or AWD cars?

Guess i'll find out when I get there..
It will make it on the dyno. Mine did.

You need a guy like Meford's boy. ;)
Mine didnt. <_< :(

too late now.
E-test what the hell is that. I love Saskatchewan clean air and no E-testing :D
What is an e test?
What is this e-test you speak of? :D
Me fail.

40km/h
HC PPM limit: 68 read: 14 - PASS
CO % limit: .38 read: 0.04 - PASS
NO ppm limit: 0526 read: 0793 - FAIL :(
rpm: 2862
dilution 14.74

idle:
HC PPM limit: 150 read: 18 - PASS
CO % limit: .7 read: 0.29 - PASS
rpm: 977
dilution: 15.08
So wat do you do to get it to pass?
Im glad Saskatchewan believes in polution :D Bring on the straight pipes.

did you block off your EGR/disable it in the tune?

just need to re-enable it to get the NO down.
I swore I had it re-enabled, I sent an email to randy to confirm...

Just rub it in lol, how do the stock focus' do on the test? mine goes in for one in the fall. Never been etested before.
frig Im not looking forwrd to my etest next year.

Looks like I'll be going back to stock for a couple of days next year :(
I had mine etested in the fall, and my 2000 passed with no problem. I've also got a new exhaust and intake so basic mods don't seem to have an affect on whether you pass or fail.
Randy seemed to think I won't pass unless I take the kit off.....going to try a new tune....yay for me.
