I can tell you it's really cheap to send things from there to hear, I got my bumper off E-bay.co.uk and paid in British Pounds and the shipping was only $35 Pounds or at the time it was $70 give or take. If they send it via air mail the shipping rate goes down. In total I spend 131 Pounds on my bumper to buy it and get it here or just over $320 canadian.

But if you do buy this off the guy make sure he gets you insured shipping rates.

the top bumper you may not have to cut the rebar, but the bottom one you'd have to for sure as it's a 1998 - 2001 RS / ST170 style of bumper with the signels in the sides.
