there are some other costs/fees as well. I can't remember right now, but i think there was one called "victem surcharge" which is around 10$ i think.
Option 3 is the best, but you would most likely loose two days just to fight it, thats why most ppl here are suggesting option2. As for your record, it will be a minor speeding ticket 15km/h and under and it will stay in your records for 3 years.
