Jan 1st I was 310lbs with a 44â waist.
July 28th Iâm at 229 with a loose 36â waist.
I'm so happy I think I'm going to go make a celebratory chocolate shake!

Congrats, as someone who has lost 45lbs in the last year I know from experience that it's a great feeling when you check that scale :)
