My dad finally saw the pictures and has ordered me to go and pick up my parts. I will get those later today, and yes i am showing up unannounced. He said that based on the damage he sees with the disc, etc. He thinks: either the release bearing seized or they put the wrong disc on it.

He said the only other way what we did could have happened was by trying to pop a wheelie in which case the axle and drive shaft should be damaged as well. Also note that in the case of "abuse" the disc usually shatters/breaks, and the rest of the mechanism is fine. Fortuneately this is not the case in our car. All of the fingers, except one, are out by 1/4" and dad and some techs he know are trying to figure how the hell they got that way. But due to a problem with the size of the disk they put on.

Please note that upon inspection by my dad the dis was obliterated and it was 1 day old. Since we don;t race, there is only one explanation. They "fixed" it wrong! If we were such terrible drivers why did we get through the past eight months with no problems, but the day after we get it back from them it blows. The dealershio just isn't thinking logically. (BTW, the clutch did feel funny and tight when we got it back, but I have to check with Ty as to exactly the nature of its' weirdness, as he did make a remark as we were driving it off the lot.)

For all y'all who say fighting is a lost cause you are wrong, how else did women get the vote, blacks get to sit at the front, etc.. You should never have to bow down just because you think you won't win or cuz they intimidate you.

Also as far a libel goes I have yet to mention a name to the paper, and am not intending to. Instead I want the news dude to aid me in my crusade to get the truth. Which is, that Ford is refusing to think of other possibilities for the damage and is taking the easy way out by blaming us. Little do they know who they are dealing with, cuz i don't take s**t form no none!! :lol:

It is also worth mentioning that my father and "his people (car guys in the city and at Ford) " are dealing with this from WPG, and so far have said that we DO have a case, and that any self-serving dealership would just fix it and be done with it.

Like my father said, we a re being pigeonholed because we are young. They just assume that we race, which we don't. They, in my opinion, are going to have a harder fight, cuz I will sue for discrimination if they don't get their s**t together and I can do it for free so I'm not scared to.

Also there are no mods that would void the warranty, it is a lease, and everything can be put back. We check with them before we do anything!

I have decided not to talk to Percival as well simply because they are rivals in the market only, and unless they are mortal enemies I have no case to thm either.
