you need to get to the dealership and take pictures of the damage...
and then you may really want to talk to a lawyer.. you could very well have a case here, you just need to keep gathering evidence.
and I know you detailed a lot of stuff in this post, but you honestly need to commit this to paper.. keep a written log, and make sure you take notes everytime you talk to someone... track name and the jist of the situation. If someone has an e-mail address, followup the phone conversation with an e-mail outlining the conversation and anything that came from it.
The point is to create a paper trail, and keep on it... if it's the dealership's fault, it will come out through on paper, and you'll have a lot of good material for the newspaper/radio/lawyer.
