More basic stuff for me as my body can't take as much pounding.
4 days a week including the following:
25 mins on the eliptical trainer each day
160 ab crunches each day
2 days of lat presses
1 day of butterflypresses and leg lifts
1 day of forearm weightlifts and leg presses
