Actually, I was a bastard kid. I use to steal the caps. I'm sry to all.
Though one day a guy caught me and my friend taking them off of his big 4X4 truck. Well he caught my friend and I watched from a distance as he threw my friend then put the bike on the ground in front of the Truck. And yes, he ran it over.
We are 9 years old, you just don't do that.
So being the bastard that I am, I got some pliers, crazy glue and toothpaste.
Pulled the stems out of the Rims, crazy glued the lock holes and wiper blades. Then toothpasted what ever we could reach.
