Once again, fuktards. I don't own a 4 X 2 but a 4 X 4. Small rim, big tire. No 22's!!!

The sizing is around 16. Infact, let's stick with 16's!

Probably too much tire and not enough wheel for your taste but don't be so closed minded, remember is is a 4x4 afterall and you not as young as you used to be:

I just wasted 20min on the internet here at work, looking for better wheels than what ya picked out. Those ones are great! Would you stay with the same tires?
Old enough to know me limit, yet young enough to exceed it.

The issue I have with those rims is the depth of the actual rim. 16 X8 is the same I have now. So stepping up to the 9 or 10" wide rim, I have to go to the 17 or 18" rim.
I was hoping to avoid putting new tires on, as I just replaced them last year, but after thinking it thru, I don't want to swap back and forth in the winter to change out my really nice rims that I don't want to wreck come winter. So new tires might be in the works. But this time, maybe something like the BFG mudders.

I've also been looking at these rims

Anything from ION fits really well for my truck.

seeing as your truck is a 4x4 .. don't you need to by 4x4 capable rims? unless ofcourse you never plan on putting your truck in 4wd with these rims on

i could be wrong ... just a thought

I'm going to cut you some slack because you don't drive a 4X4. Unless it's the new model Focus
The new style of 4 wheel drive is what they call shift on the fly and allows you to either electronically change from 2 to 4 wheel drive, or, as in my case, allows you to shift it yourself with a shifter that comes out of the transfer case inside the vehicle.
No more getting out and having to twist the front hubs to engage them.

That went out of style in the 80's.

So there are no special rims for 4X4. But you do want one that will take the pounding of a truck. The weight of the truck can also be an issue to look at for rims.
You don't want put Oz Superlegga's or any lightweight rim on here.

Here's what I am 99% sure what I will get come spring. If Anthony could tell me of anything better, I might shop at PI. But he hasn't said boo to me about shite.

And if you like em or not, i am open to discussion. I did see a nice set of black rims on a jeep yesterday that I never thought I would like.

But I have to find rims that fit my truck and in the 16 X 10 sizing. Why this size? You pay for my new tires. $1200 bucks thank you.

Help a brotha out. donate to the mefordfawku truck fund.

They're quite nice but those look like you'll be cleaning them constantly to keep 'em singing the blinging tunes.

Yeah I hear you on keeping the same size rims so you can keep your tires. It's what drove me (pun intended) to get the rims I did, aside from the looks

Hah, charity begins at home man, and right now I'm all charitied out  (and my fathers 65th is coming up in December... oi  )
