If the RS comes to canada, and if its under 30g, it will be on my short list of cars to buy.
But unfortunately, with ford of canada's past record I can't see either happening.
I'm fairly certain the svt focus back in 03 was listed very close to (if not over) 30, and the svt is nowhere near the RS in terms of overall package.

Here's hoping they can get this one right though.
Procharger: Removed, and waiting for new host.

Its true my 07 ST was 26'000 before taxes, even if they bring the real "ST" I bet it would be 30-32.

As stupid as that price is for a car that is almost 4 years old. Nik's right, auto trader is showing low 26's to high 32's. Wow and to think I paid 30 for my ZX5 fully loaded (NO BOOST) :(

Thats my point, how are they going to (if they even do at all) bring the St turbo over and not charge a lot?

Hmmm, your ST must have been extremely equiped. Mine cost 23,400 taxes in @ 0% for 5 yrs.
The only option I took was leather though.

A new ST cost $26? yikes, I bought my '05 two years old and was $14,9 with every option except for the SAP kit. Just goes to show you how much cars depreciate in value.

Ford would never release a car that's cheaper and faster than the mustang in NA... hell that car sells for over 40k Cdn in the UK!
