It's been a while since I posted here.

So I got my tranny back. I learned how it works and what's, what lol

I bolted it up to the engine.

Sat Tony's spoiler on the car to see how it fits. I love it!!

This is me in the seat after Joey made it so dam tight I couldn't move.

I got a new coolant tank and gave her a nice paint job, but I left a window for the level and to see flow.

I also have an issue with the 05-06 vs 07+ passenger side axle. This is the old bearing bracket.

Luckily I had the good one from the 07 Fusion block that I could use with my 05-06 axles. It work perfectly.

I was going to mount the engine this weekend but I held off until I got my new axles and some tbolt clamps.
Yesterday I had some more time to work on the Focus a bit. Not much but I needed to test some things while I am on 24hr service call all weekend.

First thing. I installed my new 05-07 drive shafts to make sure they would fit the 07 Fusion bracket. So glad it did!!! Also I see now why the turbo drain line is bent out. So it clears the drive shaft...

That being said I gave them a quick painting of green and slide it back in.

I took some time and started to put the coolant lines together for the turbo and other locations on the car. I'm not 100% sure this is the proper flow direction of it. So please chirp in if I screwed up!

I then took a close look at the AEM watermeth spray nozzle. I really don't like the quick connect plastic tubing they give you. So I removed the quick connect fitting and installed a 1/8" NTP 8mm barb and slide over my 4an SS Braided line to test it. Works amazingly.

My buddy I grew up with stopped by as he has a unit around mine and we jumped in the back seat to prove there is plenty of room for 2 big guys on each side and we could buckle up too. I still have to hit up the junkyard to change the passenger rear buckle to a single buckle as I am deleting the middle from being used. My buddy says it's like riding in a rollercoaster. Being strapped in with bars all around you. Just like wonderland lol.

I also drilled holes for the Wideband and the positive and negative power wires for the new location of the battery.

Not much more to do on it to get the engine in. I have to clean up some wiring loom and make it show ready to a point. I still want to have durability. So I will not be tucking too many wires around.
Next weekend she is going in the car. Not if, ands, or buts. This s**t needs to get done soon. Tuning is afterward.

Brandon is having a hell of a time with his. He is doing a similar build like me but he is 5 steps ahead of me. He is finding out that we can just use the Auto wiring harness. We just need to splice a couple connectors onto it to make is all work. He is self tuning like I will be doing too. His car starts and now it's all about finding that sweet spot!!

That's it for now.
atta'boy johnny!!! looking killer. love that black! and on a side not...yes the wiring can be done and is much more straight forward with just using the stock auto wiring harness vs cutting apart the 5 speed to work. stupid cars...just had to get a boosted 5 speed...it'll be fun they said...haha

I'll be posting up on my build thread soon and tomorrow when theres more light try to get a decent write up of the auto to manny swap. Lots of headaches when you go into it blind like johnny and I...but not as bad as one would think.
Stress level on our builds isn't too bad. Just a couple of WTF moments and then it's something simple in the end. Bad info from older threads from the US sites.
I had some time to work on the car today.

I realized that I haven't posted a proper picture of the A/C delete for people to see what it looks like. Here ya go!!!

Started to clean up the bar with the wiring harnesses.

I tried to put part of the wiring through wheel well but I decided to pull it back through and run it under/beside the transmission.

I grabbed the engine and pick it up on an extreme angle in order to get it in the bar safely. When in place I used a floor jack to bring up the tranny side and then bolted in the mounts with the new hardware I picked up.

I forgot that the Dogbone mount was there so I had to jack it up and try to fix it. Jamie showed up and I put him to work on it. He got it done too.

Messing with the wiring.

I trimmed up the fuel lines and I need to do something with that valve cover still... Maybe just metal flake.

I have to fix up the suspension next. Drop the front. Clean up the alignment so it is easier to push around. Run the power cables. break into the back. Run the water meth. Tune it and park it for the winter.... lol Next year she will shine.
about time you got that thing in. looking good man
Ok... I see I haven't posted anything for a while now. Here we go!!

I just dropped the motor in.
I had Joey swing by and help me (Teach Me) to adjust a Coil Spring. Here we go low...
Super Mario Joey. This pic is the best!!

Put the Rad in to test is the piping fits around. It does.

This is how low she sits now. I have to raise it a little and flare it too.

I hooked up the Stainless lines to the Power Steering.

Time to change the Caliper Colour
[Image: IMG_20140823_105549_zps43a32328.jpg]

I had to insert this bolt backwards so the Massiv End link didn't get damaged.

Started to clean up the Transmission wiring harness for the Auto to Manual. Brandon did the hard work of figuring out what's what... so I still kind of don't know because while he was working on that I was working on the Front Toe of the car.

Dad bought me a Flip DVD head unit. It looks good and sounds even better.

Joey and I painted the Valve cover and I love it!!!!

To the LEFT. I ran the Coolant lines from the Heater Core of the car and tied them up to the rest of the system. The two ports from Front of the Water Manifold and the Thermostat I have to use the stock rubber hoses... I can't source large enough Stainless lines that don't cost a small fortune. SO whatever...

I made sure the sparkplugs are tight and then bolted the valve cover down. I still need to get washers for the bolts. But! the WeaponX Coilpacks are in. I use some Dielectric Grease in the boots and snapped them in place.

I also had time the other night to clean up the Valvecover harness. It's a disaster under the loom. So I just made it somewhat clean and installed new loom to make it prettier... To a point.

The Fuel Line is held up to the Firewall. The main power line has been half run into the engine bay. The Battery Post have been mounted. Oh and the old Tranny Cooler for the Auto has been converted to a big Oil Cooler for the engine now. It too has been painted bright green by Joey lol.

I slide the Top Rad Support tin place and placed my new Headlights to see how it looks.

So ya, that's what I have been doing lately.

I also have some interior pieces updated but no pictures yet. All LED conversion. Stereo bezel sparkled. and some now Prosport Digital EVO series gauges with pod cups and a new A-piller trim piece to clean things up.
I have some switches to hook up, a hoochie horn to install and a RoadRunner Horn to install too lol.
Not much more to do. Going to order up the Racer package in the next few days. Maybe Sean can hook me up... lol Big GrinBig Grin

There is still a lot to do. Winter is so dam close and Brandon seriously needs a Rear Engine Mount (Jamie...) and he needs to raise his car up to get into my underground parking lmao. The funniest and scariest moment of my life was in that car Friday evening lol.
Will we see this beast at the dyno day ? Love the green
Lol, ya it won't make the Dyno Day. I was planning on towing it out just to show it off with the EcoBoost and then run the truck on the rollers but the 5th and 6th gear clutch pack + the valvebody decided to give up 4 weeks ago. Now I am stuck with a rental. So I won't be able to run anything lol.
Told you to take my car
Why not just get Fernando to tune it?
Na I want to tune it myself to do things in the future. Plus if I get someone to tune it I want to be able to be near them to wrap my hands around they're throat if they blow it lol
They still haven't fixed that truck?! Geez!!
Ohh ok. Fernando hasnt blown any focus' up, just saying lol.
lol that good. Once you pop a motor you have a black mark against your name forever lol

And yes they still haven't fixed the EcoBoost yet...
Waiting on parts from the vendor. But with the new model year coming out I could be stuck using the rental for a while.

I had some time tonight to work on the car. I managed to hook up some power to pop the Hatch. Cleaned it out and prepared from tomorrow's job of hooking up the rest of the wires and the intercooler piping.
so all in all johns just going to run my car at dyno day since i probably wont be able to make it out haha or if by some crazy reason i can go you can always drive down with me lol none the less you'll be there!
Looking good john. I will price you out the SCT tuner for you today. ill either txt you or PM you
I had some time while I was taking it easy this week at work.

I sat the tail lights in place. I still have to run some wiring from the front signal markers to turn the LED tail lights into LED Euro lights.

I laid the watermeth tank and the battery in place in the spare tire wheel well.

I hooked up the battery terminals posts and installed my mini oil catch can. I have yet to run the hoses to it yet.

Ran the power lines from the alternator to the starter and then to the positive terminal post.

I installed my intercooler piping finally. But just as a pre fitting. I have to have the fabricator come out and look at it to see where to install the pipe hangers and bungs for the BOV, Watermeth and IAT.

I spliced into my fuel line and installed my Prosport Fuel Pressure sensor. Gauge will be installed later.

I installed my Prosport Exhaust Gas Temperature sender and the gauge will be installed later on with the fuel pressure gauge too.
I had to drill into the turbo manifold. Then I tapped it and treaded the sender into the hole for a tight seal.

Also I installed my special item. A reproduction Mopar Road Runner Horn. I love the sound of it and it is nice and loud too!!!

I also installed my new stereo and just waiting on some interior pieces to bolt it into place. I am halfway on installing all of my LED conversion lights. and I ordered a Diablo Mafia MAF adapter. I still have to order the SCT software. I am just pricing it out from a couple sources. Sean gave me his price and it seems to be the one I may choose yet!
I tried to turn the engine over just it just creates a bunch of clicking noise and then it just does nothing.
I still have to roll the rear end and install the Eibach Sportline rear coil springs and take out the Ksports because the Ksports are way to small to work with my custom lower control arms.
I haven't posted in a bit.
No new pictures as of yet. I'm just about to go pick up my intercooler piping for the final install and then the car is ready for the first start next weekend.
I did a lot of cleaning up of the wires and making sure everything is properly sealed connected. I want this car to last so I am double checking everything lol.

Also I have been busy with my truck and work... As it stands, the Ecoboost is no more. I had so many issues with the truck and dealerships that I just couldn't deal with it anymore. So I picked up a brand new 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Sle 4X4 6.5ft box.

I'll post more next weekend.
